At first I had a little trouble with the on-line order form, but that could have been me, not sure. Anyway, I called in and talked to this really great guy, I believe his name was Stephen. He was very helpful, listened carefully to my situation, a valuable trait in customer service and helped me through the process. While I was unable to process through my Pay-pal account, it seems I was able to save more money because of a discount that had showed up, while I was trying to order and he processed it, The hardshell A-Style Mandolin Case arrived quickly, I was able to track it, it was exactly as described. For the price, I was a bit skeptical. However my needs aren't that great so I figured even if it wasn't that great a case I'd still be ahead. Well, I was blown away! It's much better than I'd imagined. Great quality. Great workmanship. Nice hardware. I half expected to find latches that didn't quite shut right and other things like that, but no, it's really well done. Now if only I could get the same quality and low price in a case to fit some of my guitars! `~ Absolutely worth buying!!!

I needed a hardshell case for my electric mandolin, what a buy! The case was push and built well. Beware however that an A-style mandolin just fits, there is no room for extras. The compartment is barley big enough for a few picks and maybe a capo. For the price though you can't beat it.

After looking at soft and hard cases alike, I decided to purchase the Musicians Gear case. Two attributes were most important to me--a hard case to transport and protect my instrument, plus a well constructed, quality case. I am impressed with the construction and the case is well lined. It fits my instrument well and, to my surprise, it has a storage comaprtment for small accessories. I highly recommend this case for an A-style mandolin. I found it to be a good balance between cost and quality..
