Comments about Musician's Gear Folding Music Stand:

Wasn't sure what I would get for the money, but I was pleasantly surprised. The stand works as it should and is sturdy enough for the task.

Nice heavy duty stand, but needs minor mods to work

Comments about Musician's Gear Folding Music Stand:

I now own 2 of these stands. They are nice heavy duty foldable stands. The only problem i have is that the height adjustment does not work out of the box. The adjustment knob for the height goes through a plastic sleave on the lower tube. For some reason, the plastic sleave is not drilled through....So the adjusment knob is not able to contact the top tube to lock it in place. This is easily fixed in 30 seconds by drilling out the plastic with the correct size drill bit. I don't know why this isn't done at the factory. I bought my first one a few years ago and thought this was a fluke, but the new one I just received need the same modification. Other than that, you can't beat this stand for the money.
