I am very pleased with the Musioian's Gear keyboard bench. Previously, I had been using an Onstage bench, but even at its highest setting, it was just way too short. This bench is perfect. Great height options, easy to change to a higher or lower height, and appears well built. Another advantage of this bench is that when transporting it from gig to gig, it folds flat without having to remove screws or knobs.(a huge advantage from my last bench) I found the seat to pretty firm which didn't bother me, but if you need lots of cushion, you better look elsewhere. Otherwise, a great bench for the money!

Absolutely no assembly required. Slides out of the box and all you have to do is put the leg into the slot for the height you need. Readjusts for different heights in seconds!! Sturdy and comfortable seat make this an A+ Product!!!

Had an On Stage KT7800 bench which, though very comfortable, was WAY too short for my short stature and my equipment. This bench has plenty of heighth (actually have it set at the shorter end of the adjustment range), feels sturdy to sit on, and has a firm yet comfortable cushion (def. not as soft as On Stage bench). I really like the way its height is adjusted because you do not have to unscrew anything, just slip bar into preferred slot, flip over and you're ready to go. I also like that the length of the bench seat is generous. This is an excellent buy for the price- wish I'd bought it sooner.

I got this bench, and had thought it would be a good deal for replacing my son's old piano bench, but I just found the lowest height is far above the height he needs. So maybe I got the wrong product. I could not owe this to the product itself, fairly speaking. but there is another deficiency. The bench is not sturdy. and not easy to operate. you have to pay attention while you adjust the height to avoid either your hand or feet be hurt.

Great price for such a sturdy bench. The padding is around 3" thick and you can adjust the height. Its nice and wide and can hold plenty of weight. up to 360lbs.
