The steel bookplate on the conductor's stand has a return lip with tilting feature, which is removable from the vertical shaft. 18-3/4"W x 13-1/2"H book plate with a 2" lip, 24"-45" adjustable height, 18" base spread, and 1-3/16 center shaft.

I never dreamed I could get a stand this good for the money, and when it arrived I was blown away. This is a beautiful piece of gear! The finish is like silk, the tubing is sturdy and very adjustable, and it has those large plastic wing-nuts that look nice and are comfortable to adjust. The last time I bought a music stand was about 1979, and this one is miles above that one! I'd swear this stand should have cost 3 times what I paid.

Concern: method of locking legs on the main pole is similar to that of a stand that just had a loss of function of that part, which is why I purchased this stand. I hope this part doesn't have the same vulnerability - time will tell. Full size 'desk' lets triple-page music spread out well.

Truly for the money spent this is a Great Value. I own several of these and, have just ordered another. This stand is sturdy enough to hold just about anything. I was very surprised at the construction and, solidity of this stand. Laptop,mixer or just music it can handle it. Well made, folds up very compact, setup is a snap. I really don't think there's a stand out there for the same comparable price that can touch this one. I am very pleased and, satisfied with this stand and highly recommend it.

This is a good looking stand. You can get a decent height out of it. It has a wide face which could fit two pages of sheet music. Seems sturdy enough. Much better than a standard folding music stand.

Musician's Gear Deluxe Conductor Music Stand
Use to date: Home use for multiple people who play violin and guitar. Beginner to "player". Not used outside of the house so has not been transported to gigs.
Ages: 9 to adult. Adjustable height adjustment with a simple loosening of a knob and adjust.
First impressions after a few weeks:
Pros: Solid quality, sturdy, constructed well, excellent balance, does not shake, has not dumped music, easy height adjustment so good use for all ages. Overall quality is exceptional and have not found any issues with the manufacturing or usage. Can be broken down pretty quickly into two separate pieces for portability:a) the table and b) the stand.
Cons: OK, I'm getting picky here, but laying it out for you all.....the table has two holes on each side for some hardware to hold open pages on your music scores. Holes are there but the hardware is not. I know shut up and get the hardware!
Summary:
Hands down, this is an exceptional value for a stand of this quality for use at home or on a gig. Even though this does breakdown easily it may be slightly bulky for someone who wants an extremely compact stand. However, the trade off is a quality, sturdy stand which will not shake or dump your music! Anyone who has rated this below a 9 needs to get real. $25 bucks delivered, folks for a stand of this quality and so inexpensive what more could you be looking for??!!!!!! Overall a solid value for a solid stand! No complaints to date.

Wasn't sure about this stand when I ordered it for my son, but it is excellent. It compares in quality to my Manhasset Voyager Stand. Nice large desk and fully adjustable for sitting or standing. Wide adjustable leg base for stability in all performing situations. Comes apart in two pieces to carry - the desk and the stand. Great stand for a terrific price.

This stand is far more substantial than I anticipated. It is not only beautifully made, but looks beautiful too . I had read the positive reviews but still did not expect the stand to be as terrific as it is. I got more than my money's worth.
