This item is just super! It is also great for reading a book in the middle of the night with no other lights on in the room. Just clip it to the front cover. I love it!

My old music stand light was an orchestral style thing that not only shone on the music, but also sent a glare out towards the audience, as if my groin were emanating white light (which it might do, but is not much good for lighting sheet music). This little mighty brite does the job completely, plenty of good light in the right places. Yes, watch out for the battery cover slipping off, but that's not really a problem once you have mastered fumbling with batteries! Keep an extra set on hand. So far, mine haven't died yet and they've gone through a number of gigs.

Well worth the price - works great overall - my only criticism and its minor is the battery cover can slide off easily if you are not too careful clipping it on your music stand - provides plenty of light for a long DARK gig

So what's to say other than its small, flexible, illuminating, and battery powered. The light output is adequate but could be with more lumens. Durability is unknown at this point. The light source is not replaceable, so when the LED is gone, the light is replaced.

Great little light. Battery life seems great only have 8 hours on the original batteries, still going strong. Bright lights, little to no glare. Get one.

After seeing the guitar player in my band trying to hold a flash light under his arm in an effort to shed some light on his music stand, the group chipped in and bought one of these for him. He LOVES it. I have one as well and it's a great product. It provides plenty of light and each of the two lights can be turned off independently. The best part is that it's light enough for a cheap, light weight music stand to handle. (Yea, that's what I use!). If you want a quality music stand light that doesn't need 110 volt power then this is it. Highly recommend.

I needed a light to see my music on the bandstand and have used 110v clip on lamps in the past. Wasn't sure if this thing would put out enough light. It does. No wires to mess with and puts out enough light to see just fine. The single light product would have worked find but I'm glad I went with the 2 light version. Each light can be turned off individually so you can still just use one if you want. The second light capability allows me to light up each side of my 3 ring binder music book on the music stand. Perfect! The light intensity is subtle but plenty to read the music. It appears to be of good quality product and I expect it to last for years. The clip doesn't hold to a light weight metal music stand very well as it slides around too easiily. It is an easy work around to put some tape on the music stand so the clip will have a better gripping surface. I wind up clipping it to my music binder and that works just fine. The 3 AAA batteries will last about 10 hours of use so always keep extras in your gig bag. Bottom line is it's a good product. I recommend it.
