Excellent sound and longevity.

Martin MSP4100 Phosphor Bronze Light Acoustic Strings are ideal live, in the studio, or wherever maximum string life is desired. The creation of these new high performance strings is a result of research done in cooperation with specialty steel producers. Due to the development of an industry leading ultra-high quality steel core, Martin SP strings resist breakage better than average strings. In addition, both the core wires and the plain strings are plated with a smooth, acoustic bronze finish. Though this golden bronze finish does enhance the beauty of your guitar, its purpose is much more functional - to prolong brightness, string life, and superior tonal quality to meet the high expectations of demanding musicians.

Comments about Martin MSP4100 SP Phosphor Bronze Light Acoustic Strings:

I play a satin Martin guitar and phosphor bronze beat out any strings I have ever tried. Incredible tone and very affordable thanks to Music123.com! I would highly recommend buying all your strings and accessories from this site.

      Excellent strings

Comments about Martin MSP4100 SP Phosphor Bronze Light Acoustic Strings:

Purchased these strings for my son to put on his Epiphone Master Built. He plays everything from folk to Christian Rock and they sound excellent, even when amplified. They seem to keep tuned better then the Fender strings he did have on it. Great acoustic strings.

Great value for the money. They work as well as the more expensive strings for the novice.

      great sound

Comments about Martin MSP4100 SP Phosphor Bronze Light Acoustic Strings:

I love the sound of the Martin Guitar and the strings make a big difference. When I bought a different brand of strings my daughter thought my guitar wasn't tuned correctly but it was, the other brand of strings just do not have the same sweet tone that Martin strings have. Martin strings are the best for sound. I know I'm not an expert, I just know good music and good sound when I hear it. If you want quality Martin guitars and Martin strings are the way to go.
