I purchased these to replace the strings that came on my uke when I bought it.
Right away, I noticed a huge improvement in tone over the original strings.
It was a little tricky trying to get the ends to tie right, but I feel it was simply my inexperience with stringing a new instrument and not the strings themselves.
When it comes time to change the strings again I may try out another brand of strings, however, it would be in the interest of tonal variety and not as a testament to poor quality.

I've been using these strings since I started playing ukulele (almost a year ago),and I haven't had any problem with them. As soon as I broke them in they worked great. Way better than the strings I had on my Ukulele before, a better sound, they're durable too. I play the ukulele at least an hour (and up to like 3 or 4 while I'm doing something else) everyday, and they're still here. (sometimes I play pretty hard too) They've even lasted through kids and others playing it too.
