I appreciate the design of this product: it completely eliminates the need to add a strap button at the heel of the guitar and is more substantial than a shoelace. It moves the strap away from my body as well.

I expected something better looking. The leather is cheap, but it does the job of firmly holding the strap without damaging the headstock. I think it's worth its price.

While I don't actually own a Martin guitar, the Martin Guitar Strap Button works great on my 12-string Picador. What a great alternative to the "shoe lace string" that I have used for years or drilling into the neck to install a strap pin.
