These strap locks are great. They are very easy to install onto your guitar and onto the strap. You can use the included multi-tool for everything, but I used a socket wrench to make installation of the screw quick and easy.

On your guitar they look nice and sleek, and they are lower profile than other strap locks I have used.

The only downside that I can see is that with this pack you can not use a strap that does not have LOXX equipped. That is okay for me because my guitar strap rarely leaves its guitar.

I did a lot of research on strap locks before buying the LOXX brand. I was attracted to them becasue of the construction of both the pin that fits in place of the screw and strap button on the guitar (it's one piece, the screw is part of the pin) and the low profile on the lock part that fits on the strap.

A tool in included with the kit to install both the pin on your guitar and the lock on your strap. Very simple to install and very easy to use. Solid, well made and look great! No bulky system to capture the pin, the lock grabs the pin and holds on like the tax man does with your money! Easy to release when you want them to come off as well, but I've not had any indication that they will ever come off by themselves.

Now for the bad news. I bought these for my Parker Fly guitars and they will not fit. The Parkers have the strap button on the horn installed from the back of the guitar, with the screw facing forward. The screws are have the length of the pins supplied by LOXX and would poke through the front of the guitar if you tried to install them. The good news is, I contacted the LOXX USA rep and he is working on shorter pins (they have pins for acoustic guitars that are shorter) for me, so all may not be lost. I did install one set on my Epiphone Thunderbird bass guitar (these fit in on the side of the horn, like every other guitar except the Parkers) and they have been working great.

To sum up, these are well made, look great and work better than they look. They just don't work on a Parker. LOXX is going to note this on their website and they are also working on different pin sizes so you can get a custom fit with different diamater and length screws. When they get this, it will be a super deal for all guitar owners. Until then, a great deal for all except Parker owners, though.
