I just got a new Gibson Custom Shop ES137 which is totally awesome but I needed a strap. I ordered 2 more of these Levy Straps and two pair of Schauller Gold Strap Locks. They were lined with fine leather on the back side and more precisely made then the last order. When I went to install the straplocks, they fit much better after noticing that the webbing inside was a finer grade. When I put the guitar on, it was much more comfortable and a lot more stable even though it was a heavy instrument. I feel that these straps should be standard equipment on every fine guitar!!! The other pair is for a new Martin Performing Artist which is on order so I will use the second pair on that instrument.

It is crafted with the finest glove soft leather and adjusts to any length. The craftmanship is absolutely superb. It fits perfectly when used with or without the Fender Straplocks the come with the Fender American Deluxe Guitars. Before using the Straplocks, use it for a couple of months to allow the leather to acclimate to your studio conditions - then the straplocks install very easily. This is necessary due to the high quility of the leather used. This strap compliments my guitar and sets it off perfectly. Levy got this product right with absolute design perfection with a strap which is heirloom quality and will last as long as the guitar. I am very happy and pleased with my purchase and would purchase this item again even if it was twice your catalogue price - its a HIGH QUALITY BARGIN!
