It took a little "how do you use this????", but once i got the hang of it, it's been great. awesome idea. the rubber buffer thing on the bottom slips off every now and then, and the capo has problems clipping really high up the neck of my acoustic, but other than that it's been good. it's a great idea and i love playing around with it

I've been looking for a cut capo, to corrispond with my regular capo, for a while now. It seems most of the song books I've been looking at are written to use a cut capo, or combination of. This little one does the trick! It's real easy to use- a no brainer. Now I just need to master the different cords & cord progressions.

This makes playing so simple and clean. I've always had a hard time with bar chords, but this capo eliminates the need to use them. Using the capo produces a very open sound. Though I'm sure many hardcore guitarists will consider using this capo as "cheating," I nevertheless will not go to a gig without it.
