If you have an Ibanez that will fit it, this is definitely the case you should buy. I have an Ibanez JEM and although the uv1000c is the recommended case for that guitar, i think that this case is much better (and cheaper too!). The build quality seems much sturdier than the uv1000c and because it is a hard shell case it's not susceptible to scuffing etc. It's also very lightweight. The one thing I dislike about this case is it does not have a decent storage compartment inside. It has a small space where you can just about fit a strap and a lead, but no room for music books or sheet music. Apart from that, top quality case.

This is a good case. It is what you think: lots of room, good fit for a wide range of guitars, good protection. Howver, two MAJOR problems,.... 1) there are four feet on the bottom. Load the case into a car where you have to slide the case in and these feet break off immediately. I lost one on the way home from the store, and a second a week later. Trust me, I am gentle too. The problem isn't so much the 3mm x 2mm piece of rubber, but the cavernous whole into the inner portion of the case where the rivet was. 2) The difference between last years (the blue lined case) and this years (2003, the black lined case) is evident. I chalk this to ibanez cutting corners and horrible quality control, which seems to be what they are about lately. I don't know if it is this, or if they outsourced the cases to a country that isn't on any maps, but the inside is just a flimsier cardboard construction. Anyway, I have two for two ibanez guitars, but I wouldn't rave about them. They function as protection well, and that is what they are.

Great Case for the S

By David-31bei

Comments about Ibanez M100C Hardshell Guitar Case for RG, S, JS, and PGM:

My S320 fits beautifully in the case. A big step up in quality from the RG140C case, which did not fit my guitar.

Very nice Case

Comments about Ibanez M100C Hardshell Guitar Case for RG, S, JS, and PGM:

I just recieved this cas along with my SA160QM and it fits like a glove. The case is very nice and sturdy. Git this case you wont regret it. The pockets inside are big and give you lots of room for storage. My only complaint is that the pockets dont have lids on them. Your stuff in the storge compartments are safe as long as you lay the case flat before opening it. Very Nice case get it! Its also cheaper in price then other web sites.

Meh.

By Alex-IaXak

Comments about Ibanez M100C Hardshell Guitar Case for RG, S, JS, and PGM:

The model I purchased was the old blue lined case, not the new black lined case. The differences in the models are evident, if you have the option buy the blue lined one. The case has served me for three years now and I have no complaints except the four rubber feet at the end. The reviewers and I agree, the feet are terrible, if you slide the case along the floor, along the seat of your car, even put a little perpendicular pressure on, they will snap and leave a hole into your case where they were attached. ---------------Comes with plush blue/black lined interior, lock and key, ample storage space for strings, tuner, picks. If I tired I can fit 2 Boss normal pedals in the back compartment, a tuner, three full sets of strings, term arm, all my picks, capo, and the nut key.

Good stand, good price

By Kyle N

Comments about Ibanez M100C Hardshell Guitar Case for RG, S, JS, and PGM:

This guitar stand does just what it is supposed to do. It is an inexpensive stand that keeps my guitar up, and that's all there is to it. The Pinnacle stand is sturdy and the rubber lock at the top is a fine addition. Thanks Music123!

Fragile, but it looks cool

By S-NcMBS

Comments about Ibanez M100C Hardshell Guitar Case for RG, S, JS, and PGM:

This case looks great and it's nice and light and it fits its intended guitars perfectly, but the plastic used to make the case is not good. I was pulling the case along my carpet and one of the rubber feet broke off! The plastic is about 3mm thick and very brittle. I sent this case back and I'm going to buy a Gator case instead. I have one for my acoustic and it's awesome. It even has a place to store stuff, unlike the M100C. I will miss the case though. It really does look cool, but who cares when it's falling apart.

Cool Stuff

By B-34kTY

Comments about Ibanez M100C Hardshell Guitar Case for RG, S, JS, and PGM:

I ordered an Ibanez RG 7321 and with it I bought this case. Although my guitar is on backorder I got my case anyway. This case kicks. It has a lock which is nice, especially if you take your guitar on trips with you. The black felt is nice because you know that it will cushion the guitar. One of the reason I bought this case was because it is molded to fit the guitar. I have had generic cardboard cases in the past and they just don't cut it. The only thing wrong with it is that there is not place for your music. But over all its worth the money and is a good case.

Worth the extra cash!!!!

By Shawn

Comments about Ibanez M100C Hardshell Guitar Case for RG, S, JS, and PGM:

I just gt the M100C for Christmas. It's a GREAT case. I put my GRX in it.. I'm also able to store my tuner, string winder, picks, strap, an 8ft. cord, strap, and extra stings... And there is still a little room left... It's built great. Theres a lock on the front, that prevents any 1 from opening the center latch. It supports the neck, and body great. The only down side is that there no place to store music. But the way I look at is, you pack and extra bag for stands and stuff. So Definitely spend the extra money for this case, its worth the extra 20 bucks or so.

Much Better!

By Travis-V1.yd

from North of NOLA

Comments about Ibanez M100C Hardshell Guitar Case for RG, S, JS, and PGM:

I originally ordered the RG140C (not the M100C) Case from Music123 with my Ibanez guitar. The first case arrived broken at the seam but the guitar inside was undamaged. Music123 quickly got me a replacement RG140C which, unfortunately also arrived damaged (even empty). A call to Customer Support got this straightened out too, and a decision was made to spend a bit more and go with the M100C case. I am much happier with this case and believe you will be too. Spend the extra $20 and get a lot more for your money. The M100C is a good deal and much stronger and better built inside and out. This is the case for me!
