Amazing!
Comments about GHS GBXL Boomers Extra Light Electric Guitar Strings:
I love the tone I get from this gauge, I've been using thicker Boomers for a while, and the sound from these is so rich and shiny it just blew me away. The *new* sealed packages seem to be much better too, keeping the strings dry and clean before you get them.

Back to the best
Comments about GHS GBXL Boomers Extra Light Electric Guitar Strings:
I've used GHS strings on and off for 30 years. I used Musicians Gear strings for a couple of years, but now they are unreliable and break frequently so I've switched back to the quality of GHS. I will never use cheap strings again... its really not worth it.

Get these...
Comments about GHS GBXL Boomers Extra Light Electric Guitar Strings:
After trying Slinky's, D'addario, Gibson, Blue Steel and many others, I kept coming back to the Boomers. Their durability and overall tone is IMHO on a league of their own. Give them a try, you won't be dissapointed.

Best for loud music
Comments about GHS GBXL Boomers Extra Light Electric Guitar Strings:
These strings are the best for loud styles, and also seem to hold their tone longer than others I've tried. I'm using these on a 1995 American Deluxe Roadhouse Strat, with Texas Special single coil pups and a Wilkinson trem, and a custom made strat clone with a walnut body, maple board and bridge-position DiMarzio X2N. Great sparkly clean tones and distortion tones out of both these guitars with the Boomers on them and they seem to hold up well under the trem.
