This is a really nice, functional case! The canvas-type material seems pretty tough, and the zipper is heavy duty. Didn't know what to expect, but my son's guitar fits fairly well and I can't imagine that any damage would occur to the instrument apart from a truly disastrous accident (like being run over by a car). Plus, it is quite lightweight and comfortable to carry with the handle or shoulder straps. Highly recommended!

I like the Gator case. It is light but provides excelllent protection against the bumps and bangs of packing in the car for a gig or rehearsal. The exterior pockets are handy and provide extra flexibility to carry music and gear. Love the adjustable straps for when my hands are full. The interior provides a nice snug fit for my Martin dreadnought, and has the usual storage compartment. My only complaint is that the zipper that closes the case sometimes catches a bit - it may be that I'm not accustomed to using a zipper on a guitar case. All and all I'm pleased with the purchase.
