The Gator GC-SGS for double-horned, solid-slab electric guitars is made with the finest ABS plastic and an ultra-strong extruded aluminum valance. A through-bolted system attaches the exterior plastic to the interior foam, making it exceptionally rugged. The interior is designed to keep your instrument safe with soft plush and an EPS foam that supports the neck. This hardshell guitar case also features an interior pocket and triple plated chrome latches that lock.

My SG Classic fits nicely, but the neck is a little loose. It's a great case for the price, but would probably recommend a different case for a heavy gig schedule.

I own a 1960 Gibson SG standard.its not the reissue its the real thing. But besides that I have bought this case because my hard case that had come with my SG is starting to fall apart. This is a great case the quality is amazing and my neck doesn't rattle around at all. I recommend anyone with an SG to get this case you cant go wrong for the price either.

Before I bought this case, I was having trouble finding and deciding on which case I would purchase for my Gibson SG Faded Special. This case was an awesome choice. It fits the Faded Special perfectly, and does not let the neck rattle. It is made of high quality materials, has a soft interior that hugs the guitar, and has a nice little storage compartment. Overall, this case is a heavy duty case for your Gibson SG and may be the best value for your SG. It works great for a Faded Special, and its probably safe to assume that it works for all SG models. An awesome Case for the $$$$!!
