A perfect addition for a vintage guitar. I put these on a 78 Music Man Saber II of which my 3rd string (G) would consistently slip. Now I can wail on this baby with no worries. Very sweet! I love the tonal versatility of this instrument and now with Schaller's, its invincible. TOP Knotch!

Awesome! I bought these tuners for my american Fender Strat. They were easy to install with NO modifications to my guitar. And yes they work!!! And if your lazy like me and do not like changing your strings then you definitely need to get these tuners.what use to take twenty minutes to do no takes only a few minutes.Thanks!!!

I bought these tuners for my Ibanez RG and installed them myself, which was relatively easy even though I had to drill new holes for the little pegs on the tuners. These tuners are incredible. Stringing the guitar is very easy as the locknuts hold the strings in place solidly without even winding them. The guitar now stays in tune even when I bend notes or whammy. These tuners are a must have for anyone with a tremolo bridge who doesn't want to spend a ton of money on something like Floyd Rose

When performing and a string breaks, I never fail to impress the other band members with the speed of recovery using Schaller locking tuners. Just release the post, whip out the broken string, replace the new string and within a quarter of a turn I'm back in business. You should see their heads turn when they hear me back in so soon. I will never use any other type of tuner on my Fender guitars.

I just put these things on my Strat and I love them. The guitar stays in tune, and it is also easier to tune! What I mean is, you don't have to go tune up or down a zillion times. Once the strings are settled, it's all good! I go from drop D to normal tuning with no problems! Much quicker. I just wish these tuners were shiny though (they are brushed its a dull finish).
