Not the same strings

Comments about Fender 9050ML Stainless Steel Flatwound Long Scale Bass Strings - Medium Light:

I have always used Fender 9050 ML strings. The old package had a picture of a P Bass on it These strings were Stainless steel end to end. The new package is Black and Green. The new strings have an ugly green wrapping on the end. They look terrible on a Dakota Red headstock.I also question them being Stainless Steel. They turned my hands black. Why did Fender mess with a good thing!
