A refinement of the Evidence Audio's original Lyric cable with greater resolving ability.
Evidence Audio ranks the Lyric HG Instrument Cable among their best. The combination of high-grade IGN copper conductors, solid core primary conductors means the Lyric HG offers up smooth midrange and highs with clarity and focus that reveal the harmonic detail and articulation. the cable's 20 AWG conductor size is large enough to communicate punch and authority, yet small enough to preserve a sense of air and delicacy. The symmetrical design of the Lyric HG cable allows dynamics to scream from the quietest of backgrounds without using the shield to carry your signal. Other design benefits include conductive skins applied to the positive and negative runs for reduced microphonics with high gain amps, high-density copper braid shield to ensure a clean signal to your amp, and woven nylon jacket for increased flexibility and protection during stage use.

Comments about Evidence Audio Lyric HG Instrument/TRS Cable:
Some things in life that cost a little more are definitely worth it! Right out of the box, I knew I was looking at a quality product. Of course, the real test is in the sound and the Lyric HG does not disappoint. Right-angle into a Benedetto jazz arch-top and straight end into a Roland JC120 -- couldn't be happier! This cable is not flimsy and it's not going to feel floppy-soft in your hand. I'd describe it as moderately flexible. Once I was hooked up, though, I understood right away that it's made with some serious materials that combine to give you not only a feeling of quality, but an awesome audio response. Mine is a 20-footer and it lays out flat and straight in my studio. Needless to say, coiling it properly and not stuffing it into cramped spaces is key to keeping it in tip-top shape when you're on the road. If you're willing to invest in some precision performance between your instrument and your amp, this is one cable definitely worth checking out. 5 stars from a very happy camper!
