Comments about EVH Premium Electric Strings 9-46:
one would think strings are just strings. not so. i've been using EB 9-46 on all of my guitars for many o year. anyway i bought a set of the EVH 9-46 put them on my USA strat with hotrails, plugged into my 5150iii and i must say i was blown away at the beefy tone, won't go back.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Eddie has something special in these strings
Comments about EVH Premium Electric Strings 9-46:
I bought 2 sets. Currently have them on my son's OLP MM1 Music Man copy with a Floyd Rose and they sound great and stay in tune very well. He even made the comment that they're magic. Great tone and no tuning problems...these may be the only strings I use from now on....looking forward to putting them on my ESP LTD and who ever looks forward to changing strings on a Floyd Rose system! Great job Eddie and EVH...love these strings!!!

Six strings with a brass pair
Comments about EVH Premium Electric Strings 9-46:
Just a quick note; tried these out on my '72 Strat with a Hot Rails (SD) in the bridge, a stacked humbucker in the mid, and a Lace Sensor in the Rhythm pos. Played a gig with them last Friday... [explitive] A.... Sounded so "Axis" though my Plexi that I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. I have a tight set with this band and usually change guitars (to my FrankenCaster) a third of the way through. But... not that night. I think these have some extra nickel in them?
