Construction seems good although the switch below the trigger that locks the unit off is extremely stiff and it appears it would snap off it was utilized more than a few times. The battery door is cheaply constructed and looks prone to breaking if not handled carefully. There appears to be no markings on the inside of the battery chamber to indicate which way the batteries are inserted. The motor seems powerful enough for the task, perhaps too powerful. I'm sure it could be made better, but at the price it seems to be a good value. It came with no instructions. The size and weight are good. It uses (4) AA batteries.
