great sounding , but very heavy

Comments about Ernie Ball 2206 Nickel Wound Medium Light Slinky Electric Guitar Strings:

this strings are huge!!!!, they sound great for almost anything jazz, rock, they have unbelievable tone for cleans, with distortion etc, now one thing i would like to mention about them is that the 3d string (G) string is not plain, it is a wound one and it means that it is a wire wrapped in another wire just like the heavier D A and E strings, so be aware if that when purchasing, and they are very heavy to bend, and i mean REALLY HEAVY, i would`n recommend it for shredders , but if youre into jazz and blues this are the ones, they SOUND HUGE aswell, im using it with a Gibson Les Paul custom, and the tone is simply gorgeous, but keep the wounded thing in mind when purchasing this.
