They are alright for the price

Comments about Ernie Ball 2004 Earthwood 80/20 Bronze Light Acoustic Guitar Strings:

These strings sound light and airy (tinny) on my guitar, which is a Takamine NEX body type. They seem quieter to me when freshly strung than my previous strings, which were Martin Marquis. To me, the strings feel like they are somewhere between light and extra light. I am able to bend them more than some other light strings I have tried.

Comments about Ernie Ball 2004 Earthwood 80/20 Bronze Light Acoustic Guitar Strings:

I find these to be sturdy and easy to play. I've never broken one and I play leads and bend the strings quite a bit. They tune up quickly upon install, and stay in tune. Although they are not as bright as some others (sound less like brand new strings the first day, which I like) I've tried they have good tone and keep their tone longer than most. Good sounding strings, good value.

Best Strings Ever made

Comments about Ernie Ball 2004 Earthwood 80/20 Bronze Light Acoustic Guitar Strings:

These earthwood lights are the best strings I have ever put on my acoustic guitar. I have a Gibson jumbo auditorium and its never sounded sweeter than with earthwoods on it!
