Strap works great. If you have an sg or firebird, it is the only strap to get. Especially if you are over six feet tall

This is a fine strap, and is extremely long, assuming it is the exact Earnie Ball model that I have, which I suspect it is. The one I have is currently set at 59" pinhole-to-pinhole for my acoustic-electric bass, and I measure 72" pinhole-to-pinhole when at it's maximum length, though adjustability from 38" to 68" is what is actually specified in the item's "detailed description".

The only minor drawback I've discovered with a poly strap, for me, is that it is slightly courser in texture than a nylon one. While that may actually be an asset for some, to reduce sliding, it is not that nice to my bare shoulder, and I am often shirtless when I grab the guitar while around the house. It's not really all that bad, since I am using the strap with the lighter-weight acoustic, but I can still feel my skin gradually getting tender from the subtle friction, after several minutes of playing. If I have a shirt on, I haven't found this to be an issue.

I did solve my particular problem, by simply making a sleeve out of a bandana, which I chose to sew to itself and let it slide rather than sewing it directly to the strap. The slide-ability seems to add a little more comfort when I am shirtless, and I haven't found it to be problematic with the acoustic, due to the instrument's lighter weight. (I also have a similar setup with the 4" wide neoprene-style strap that I use with my much heavier solid body electric bass, where a bandana sleeve I added does not slide, and it is plenty comfortable, too.)

(Update: I have now put a couple stitches through the sleeve and strap, to eliminate the sliding, which isn't really all that necessary, and with the sleeve being in a fixed position, it gets rid of the hassle of re-positioning it each time I strap the guitar on.)

Anyway, back to this 2" poly strap, the leather ends are holding the acoustic bass fine, with the bottom pin being of the input jack style, so it is a lot larger and not nearly as tapered, meaning the strap would be more likely to pop off, but it hasn't. I do leave my straps on the pins, so I can't speak to how long it takes to wear the leather ends out with frequent on and off the pins action. They are good leather ends, and I would expect they would last every bit as long as any other similar leather ends, is about all I can say.

The adjustment of the strap is the typical sliding pass-through type plastic buckle, and very easy to change quickly. I rated this strap at a 9, simply because I have found I prefer nylon over poly on my bare skin, but this is definitely a great 2" poly strap, if that is what you are after, or if slinging it over bare shoulders is not a likelihood.

It's just your basic 2" nylon strap. I do like that is longer than some. I bought it just to keep as a spare in my gig bag because carrying a second Comfort Strapp was to bulky. I'm sure it will work fine in a pinch. I would never try to use it as my main strap as it would probably get uncomfortable for me in a short amount of time. The quality of the nylon webbing seems good, the leather ends are a little thinner than I though an Ernie Ball product would have but hey it was cheap.

Definitely worth the cost! It is a good, sturdy, light-weight strap. The openings are maybe a little small but this means the strap will stay on securely!

Nice strap, plenty long and the ends are nice but it is a very slippery material and the guitar slides around on your shoulder too much. I found that annoying and it doesn't matter if it's a light acoustic or a heavy electric.

I highly recommend this guitar strap. It may be inexpensive, but it is very comfortable. Great Color Choices Too! Try one out.

People don't usually put a lot of thought into getting a strap for their guitars or basses but then they find that once they have been playing for awhile that there is much more to a strap than just holding your guitar around your neck! The length, the feel, how comfortable that strap is after an evening of playing to your adoring masses! These straps answer those questions in a wonderful way. An absolutely comfortable strap that will not dig in or make your shoulder sore after hours of playing. The leather strap ends are a nice soft leather so they slip on the strap tabs easily, but you don't have to fear about them falling off! Easily adjusts on the fly and the colors do not seem to run or fade on a sweaty shoulder. Overall a great strap and a definite bargain!
