This speaker sounds like a Greenback with a slight jensen influence to it. It doesn't break up quite as soon as a greenback, and it has a smoother high end. I love Greenbacks...but not all amps sound good through them. If you have an amp that is a bit too harsh for a greenback, but you love the greenback sound, this speaker might be exactly what the doctor ordered. I especially love this speaker for blues.

This is a great replacement speaker for cab's/combo's. I have four of these in two 2X12's. They sound great with my Peavey XXX's, and Valveking. Not so much with my Randall RH50T. They really smooth out that sometimes high end of the XXX's. I wouldn't hesistate to buy this again.

This speaker tightened up my amp TONE, it made every note sing! The best speaker I have used! Mt Strats also love them. Makes their job a simple one. My best to all at Eminence speaker!
