Nothing better .. solid pick that can last through MANY hours of play with no loss to its integrity. I also like the sharp attack (personal preference) this pick brings to the mix i.e. with all my controls being constant .. the overall tone is slightly brighter with a sharper attack, in a good creamy way (duh .. harder material) with respect to the tone with the regular Jazz 3 nylon picks.

In terms of playability , these picks are second to none. The playability is excellent. They are very lightweight. They slide on the string very well so you can play very fast.......but the sound produced is dull. I play with black Jazz II picks and they have a fatter sound, more attack. I guess, if you're looking for optimum speed no matter what, these are perfect.

So I was using the Jazz III already because it is easy to use and feels good, but I really liked the sound from the Ultex (had some in the rounded triangle shape). Then this came out, and it's the best of both worlds. The best plectrum, full stop, end of story. I have a dozen in my guitar case and I can't see that I would ever change now.

I was a fan of the Jazz III already. With the new textured design for a better hold / less slip, I've found my new pick. You have to make an effort to loose these from your finger tips, and I strum and harm, and pick aggressively. So, I encourage anyone looking for a good strong and easy to hold onto pick, this is it!

Great pick .I used Fender mediums but issues with sweat and losing grip was driving me mad.Read an article in a guitar magazine about these picks, knew I had to try something different.This pick is much stiffer than a medium but I got used to that.Result, faster riffs and no loss of grip no matter how much sweat. Also use the jazz 111 XL stiffo and jazz 111! XL nylon.You can't beat them

These picks are awesome. I usually use the black Jazz III picks, but saw these and thought I would try then out. I am glad I did, They have much more grip on them then the nylon picks, They are great! I reccommend them 100%

These picks are about 2/3 the size of a normal pick (its really just getting rid of excess unless you have very, very wide fingers). The Ultex is pretty much the uber-material. I've TRIED to break it. Strings really don't shred it at all either. I chew on them all the time. Guitar legends have sworn by these Jazz III, and Ultex is the perfect pick material, get them if you want to improve your economy of motion and speed.
