These picks may be easier to hold than others but not enough to claim and advertise. I have never found ANY pick that I am always able to hold on to all the time. My skin is sometimes slicker than other times for som reason. I need something tacky on my fingers to get the satisfaction I need as far as holding a pick in place in my fingers. I like Gorilla Snot. Why they called it that I'll never know. HOWEVER, these picks are a lot quieter reducing the slapping sound all picks create. I will keep using these picks for that reason.

If you're looking for a 2mm pick, look no further. Material is non slip. They should last untill you lose them.

I like these picks because I have dry hands and regular type picks slide around in my fingers. These picks do not. They also give a nice tone to the strings.

im a drummer and ive been into guitar for a while and all i can say about this thing is wow............i play with a green 1.5 and a black 2.0.....these things are awseome........great for rock metal....do yourself a favor and buy these in mass amountsyou wont regret it.

These picks are the best! If you play metal, you have to try these out (I personally use the violet .96). I've noticed that my picking is so much more fluid and really much cleaner than with any other pick. Find the thickness that suits you and start using these!

i know for me, i hate the sound of hearing each individual nylon picking noise, all i wanna hear is the fretted note. these things are not cheap loud plastic picks. i can shred real easy with the blue ones and even the black ones are comfortable to me. when i used to only play bass, these were the only ones that could possibly work, so when i got a guitar, i naturally used these gator ones. they're the best, just give em a try. won't dissapoint electric guitar players especially.

I have tried many picks, but my favorite by far are the .71mm Gator Grip. The size, thickness, and texture is perfect for my style of playing. I use them for all my guitars acoustic and electric, 6, 7, and 12 string.

I use Gator .58's and I think that they are the best picks anyone could possibly want. They are great for acoustic or electric guitar. And they make the chords and notes sound just as clear as if you were to use a thicker pick. They are the "best". They are really good for hammering, riffing, slamming and scratching and you don't get that awful slapping sound, all you hear is music. That's what makes them great.

I use the red (or pink, rather) .58s to play steel string acoustic and electric and they're by far my most favorite. Not only do they not slip between my fingers, but they grab the strings making them nice to use for playing arpeggios. Nice, full sound too. Great for strumming or slashing... whatever... and you don't get that slapping pick noise that's so annoying. At least to me. Great all-around pick. Get 'em.
