I was very hestiatnt purchasing and pickup for this price. It seemed way too cheap to be any good. I was wrong. It is super easy to install and I've actually rigged up my guitar so that I keep it on. You can just drill out a hole on the bottom side and run the cable through to keep it out of the way. Very nice pick up at a very nice price.

I love that, now I have an electro-acoustic guitar. I love my Duncan pickup, I play some jazz and blues music with that and it awesome.

I find the reviews to be a very accurate and helpful tool in determining the worthiness of a product before I decide to make a purchase. So, I can tell you from my experince with the Duncan Maverick soundhole pickup that it produces a warm sounding, and reasonably accurate reproduction of acoustic guitar through a Roland AC90 amp that I also purchased from Music 123. I would definitely purchase the product again. The cord and plug are not all that great, but, for the price, I can overlook that.
