Nickel-plated on hex cores for extreme playing and longer life.

The Dimebag Darrell signature Hi-Voltage electric guitar strings stay in tune and remain bright and fresh for a long time. DR Hi-Voltages are made for string bends, whammy-bar dives, harmonic screams, and chunky riffs.

“I’ve been playin’ the strings of strength since 1995. I like the way DR Strings feel and react, you can really get a grip on them. They’re great for everything, from big ol’ string bends, to huge whammy bar dives, perfect for blood curdling harmonic screams and just straight out heavy chunky riffin’. They also stay in perfect tune and remain fresh and bright for an amazingly long time” said Dimebag.

bear this in mind

Comments about DR Strings Dimebag Darrell DBG-11 Extra Heavy Hi-Voltage Electric Guitar Strings:

if you're a beginner and like to explore the different tunings on guitar, do NOT by these strings. honestly, i've had them for literally two weeks and i've probably gone into to or three different tunings and my thin e broke! i've also noticed that the g string tends to go out of tune easily after about two-three hours of playin, this could be due to the strings or my cheap standard fender machine heads. i'd recommend buying ernie ball titaniums if your lookin for somethin to bash and pound about.

Comments about DR Strings Dimebag Darrell DBG-11 Extra Heavy Hi-Voltage Electric Guitar Strings:

I've been playing these strings for about 3 months now, and they still feel new! None of them have broken which really makes me happy after breaking 9 high e strings from crappy Ernie ball. They also have a much better sound... by far. It stays solid for a long time.

Comments about DR Strings Dimebag Darrell DBG-11 Extra Heavy Hi-Voltage Electric Guitar Strings:

These strings are great. Even with the Floyd Rose trem on my guitar. Also works great on stop piece guitars. Great sound, smooth feel and long life. For the money, they cannot be beat.

Great strings

Comments about DR Strings Dimebag Darrell DBG-11 Extra Heavy Hi-Voltage Electric Guitar Strings:

These are easily the best strings I've played. They are great for bends and smooth when sliding up and down the fretboard. The main ting I liked though was that they sounded great right from the get go and didn't need to be worn in the get a great tone.
