New thump for your bass!

Gauges 47-67-87-107-127.

Oh yeah bass players! Dean Markley SR2000 bass strings are hot! Taper-wrapping at the bridge allows SR2000 strings to vibrate more easily and longer. Their tone is unbelievable! They growl, they pop, they sing, they practically play themselves.

Top class strings

Comments about Dean Markley 2694 SR2000 5-String Bass Strings:

I have 3 bass guitars and only use Dean Markley SR 2000 strings on them. These strings provide a particular tone that I find in no other string set. The tone is very piano-like and the slap tone is very crisp. It cuts through in the mix and allow me to have the perfect blend between glassy and gutsy. I also like the fact that it is taper core for that slightly lower action that I prefer to play with. I've used many other brands of strings but always come back to SR 2000.

Comments about Dean Markley 2694 SR2000 5-String Bass Strings:

These strings are by far my favorite for bass. The gauges are great for any style, and taper-winding at the bridge really sustains long notes and even improves the tone, much like lower piano strings sound. They seem to last as long as other brands as well. Terrific product!
