I was recommended D'Addario when I first started playing guitar, and even after several years of trying this and that I am returning to D'ddario. The coated string line is the bomb and I love the string endurance. I am lazy and hate to change strings all the time. I'm not crazy about abrasive metallic tones either on my acoustics. The coating provides the sound buffing I like.

I have always loved D'Addario as an electric string. Now with the coated Phospor Bronze string on the market I have a new best friend in the Acoustic String department. The EXP26 can take a constant pounding for several weeks and still come out sounding great. And yes there is nothing like that sweet sound of new D'Addario string on your guitar.
