I was using a Vandoren S25 with a V16#2 reed. The sound was slightly brilliant but more on the mellow side. When I used a Yanagisawa (metal mpc)#7, I was truly amazed! Specially when I used an old LA VOZ reed! I can go brilliant or mellow. Its so easy to control! I just love it!
