This little PA really sounds good. It has an amazing amount of bass for such a small system. You can easily carry the whole thing into a gig with one trip! The speakers tilt back like a monitor if you need it, but they really need to go up on stands. Great value for the price.

I am very choosey about the sound quality but sadly usually on a tight budget. The first unit I got had a problem with it (hissing sound) through the speakers. Exchanged and found a huge difference. This PA system is light, intelligently designed (the mixer fits in to the back of the speaker), and most importantly sound fantastic. The quality is comparable to my HarmonKardon/JBL stereo setup at home which is excellent. It is loud enough for a small venue but remember to get stands with them (and you will need an adapter to mount them). Sensitivity in the mixer is high and I directly plug in acoustic (Ovation Celebrity Deluxe)and electric guitars (plugged directly through a Vox Tonelab SE), run a Yamaha PSR2000 for MIDI backing, and a CD player with backing tracks - They all sound fantastic. The highs and mids are very clear and crisp and the lows are great for speakers of its size. The only downside I have noted so far is that the included Reverb is very weak and the mixer has no phantom power if needed. Otherwise, a great bang for the buck!

I use this system for all sorts of mid-sized gatherings and it works and sounds just great. I am very picky with my sound, it has to be full and well balanced, these are. Only disappointment is that there are no pole mounts built in - an external bracket is available.
