I really enjoy playing this kit. In fact, I enjoy playing it so much that I now have a stress fracture in my right foot from too much hard core jamming too soon. The rubber pads are a little harder on the joints and are much different from an acoustic kit, of course. However, I still like the responsiveness of the drum pads and the samples are pretty decent. I have started some recording with this kit and I am fairly pleased, although I am used to the amazing sounds of acoustic kits, but this gets the job done for quiet play anytime. The features are simple and easy to use, while still providing a lot to offer, especially the "Groove Check" feature. I rated this product 5 of 5 due to its ease of use, durability, and playability.
