"I Love my New Piano"

I have been living with a little Casio (practically a toy) for several years now and finally decided to get a good keyboard. I love this piano! The weighted keys mimic an acoustic piano nearly flawlessly and the sound is amazing. It is so nice to be able to play with some dynamics again. I only get to an acoustic piano a few times a month, and was getting quite frustrated at knowing a piece very well on my Casio, but not being able to transition well to an acoustic. I no longer have that problem with this keyboard. I think it is the only keyboard I have ever heard that has a decent harpsichord voice. There are only two things I would change about the Overture if I could. have to play on soft touch mode to get the dynamics I am used to from an acoustic piano; anything more and it takes far too much effort (or turning the volume up) to hear the dynamics. Secondly, I wish the sustain held the piano voice a touch longer and the strings and harpsichord voice for less time. The string voice will not cut out at all until the pedal is lifted (neither will the organ voice, but that is realistically how an organ plays) and there is an undertone in the harpsichord voice that does the same thing (although you can not really hear it in the treble notes).

"Good Entry-level Digital Piano"

For the price, this piano is not bad at all. I didn't expect the best sound, but it is close enough to still get enjoyment out of it. My daughters use it for their piano lessons, and it suits their needs just fine. The finish is okay - not the best. There were no assembly instructions, but if you go to their web site you can download them.
