I bought this guitar for my boyfriend for x-mas to replace his Ovation acoustic. ( He had taken his old guitar on one too many camping trips and is now slightly warped.) He was very impressed with the tone and brightness ( as was I)! And he loved the action on the neck. He played it for hours after opening the box. And then HE PLUGGED IT IN. GREAT SOUND for a guitar that's under $500! He thinks I spent $$$$$ (but I didn't!) and that I'm the Best GF in the world.(which I am!!)

This guitar is beautiful, especially for the price. I am very pleased with it's performance. The only "quirk" is the D-string 11th fret buzz. One or two other reviews revealed this as well. The problem, however is exclusive only to this fret and this string; all else is exceptional. The b-band pickup is all but perfect; the sound is that of a very expensive acoustic-electric. I see that the natural finished models have a different pickup so I can't comment on that. A beautiful guitar as well. It looks great. The tuners are excellent as well. the playability is a 9 out of ten. I like to play fast and this guitar allows me to do this.

My old guitar just recently had an accident with someones head so i had to buy a new one. this guitar cost half the price of my old one, looks 3 times better, the action is superb (like playing an electric) and the sound is beautiful, just runs through you, either through an amp or on its own this is the best value for money guitar ever!
