When I bought these I was lead to believe by the item description they were RUBBER. They are in fact NEOPRINE, just like the Sound Offs i'd torn to shreds before. Do they work? Sure. But if you play with headphones on as I do, you drum harder to hear yourself, in doing so you tear neoprine up rather quickly, so don't plan on having them for long.
