"Great Sticks" by Kyle

These sticks are great. I can do anything with them and they make my ride sound just the way I've always wanted it, nice and pingy. They are big but yet, still light and are perfect for fast playing. They also take a while to break. They lasted longer than my 5b sticks that I had!

"Excellent Sticks for Practice" by Pete Weissgarber

Musical Experience: Drummer 28 years

These are the best practice/snare sticks I've ever used, and will always use. They are so well balanced, and their weight just seems perfect. I highly recommend these to anyone who takes their practice SERIOUS. These sticks will help you develop good dynamics, and rudimental techniques. If your budget allows, always play the best.

"best concert band sticks ever" by Nathan
11/15/2003 9:42:43 AM

Musical Experience: weekend rock drummer and high school concert band
Style of Music: rock
Hometown: Michigan

These sticks are the best for concert band. The round tip helps open up your rolls. The larger size and light weight give you excellent control. If you use them for concert band they will probably never break. The tips will not chip regardless of application. They work well in a rock band, however they can't take that type of abuse over a long period of time. If you are using them for a rock band bring at least one extra stick to your gig. If you have a thinner ride cymbal you will get a more washy sound and less "ping". However they would work awesome on a rock ride. Last summer my band played an outdoor gig and I was unmiked and needed extra volume (I normally use 5A) they did the job perfectly.

These sticks are great! They lasted for a year! They are very solid and are made of hickory wood. You can play all kinds of music with these wonderful sticks, and it is also worth buying. This is by far one the best drumsticks that I had ever tried!

"simply the best practice stick" by Snarer
11/17/2005 10:59:22 PM

Musical Experience: percussinist student
Style of Music: marching band

I couldn't of asked for a better practice stick. This little guy is small and very maneuverable. I have always used it as my "workhorse" stick. Durability rating: 5+++. This is no doubt the most durable practice stick you will find. So if you're looking for a durable, compact, easy to handle, and very reliable, please don't pass this one up!
