This Vater tape is Great! A must try! I was never one to put anything or wrap anything on my drum stix. I just thought that it would take away too much of the feel of the stix in my hands. Wrong! This wrap tape is awesome and cheap. They have different colours to choose from. What the tape does for me is besides give me the best grip it absorbs just enough of the vibration shock from hitting the heads - especially the snare. No kidding, it's cheap and it works. Definately get some.

This grip tape is good, but I wouldn't say the best. I'd rather recommend the Ahead Grip Tape because it is way more cheaper, and has long-lasting quality. The vater grip tape is really sticky on your hands, and it is also hard to put on your drumsticks. The wrapping makes it hard espically when the grip is very sticky. Vater Grip Tape does not deliver the high standards quality like the Ahead Grip Tape, and it is not really durable. The vater grip tape can be easily torn, and there is still some stick vibration while playing. Nevertheless, I wouldn't recommend this grip tape because of its poor quality.

I use Ahead sticks and they were always slipping and I've had trouble maintaining stick control because my hands are always sweating when playing. I bought this grip tape and now my playing has improved because the tape absorbs the moisture well and I maintain much better stick control. The tape also absorbs vibrations from impact well so my hands don't go numb like they used to all the time while playing. I highly recommend this grip tape to any serious performer.

I always had hand fatigue after shows, even with the Ahead grip tape (I use Ahead sticks). My hands feel fine after shows since I started using Vater tape, and for the price, you can't beat it with a stick! Wow, that was dumb, LOL! But it really does feel and react incredibly in your hands.

great stick wrap. VERY unique packaging. I really would recommend this grip tape to ANYONE..... Vater is an amazing company, and I only hope EVERYbody sees that one day.
