I love this stick holder! I have the multiple holder and it keeps plenty of sticks handy. The "butterfly" clamp makes it easy to place on any stand. Once you find that location you like you can lock it in place with the turn knob. I have several stick holders and this one quickly became my favorite. I have one with the just the butterfly clamp that I have to duct tape on my stand to keep it from falling off during a show. The other holder has a wing screw to hold it in place (and it stayed put) But the nut and bolt that holds the stick tube in place is located in the center of the tube and not easily accessible when it was necessary to tighten (the tube would come loose and rotate out of position). Vater took all of this into consideration and came up with a great stick holder.All of the adjustments are easy to locate and adjust.
