It was this or the Baggs padi, the lower price helped! I am new to acoustic amplification, but it is doing a good job. I still have much to learn about dialing it in, I am also newer with my Pa and figuring it out as well, But this unit really is doing it's job I have no regrets with my choice. This unit has clean sounds, decent amount of control, seems to be very well built, not the most complicated part of the signal chain but It is low noise and seems very well built.
