I have owned these turntables for 23 years. I was a club and for hire dj from 1982 - 1988. I still do parties several times a year. I have replaced my mixer but my 1200's are in great shape.

this is the best DJ turntable around. excellent for night club use and for broadcast use, as well as for a referance turntable in the recording studio. works well for transfering oldies Vynyl to CD or MP3 formats. this turntable will last a lifetime if reasonable care is taken of it. and if ever any problems, parts are availible. I will say, I never seen any problem with this turntable, sometimes clean the speed control pot and that takes care of it.
