"Nice guitar" by Randy

I bought one of these just because I never had a Tele and never thought I would like one. That is, until I played it. Now this inexpensive guitar has become my favorite. I have 5 guitars and all cost more than this one from Stratocasters to my Epiphone G400. This is a great sounding guitar for light rock, blues, or country. The only thing it lacks is that super distortion crunch that only comes from a humbucker. That's okay though, for that style I pick up my G400.

"Okay guitar." by Tyler

I bought this guitar about 3 months ago just to mess around with. It actually has a good sound compared to other Squiers. It is a good guitar to start with, but if you are experienced, you'll want a better guitar. So if you are looking for a good Tele...better check out the Fenders. But, if you are just getting started, it's not a bad buy.

"GREAT BUDGET TELE" by TBUCKET TIMMY

I PURCHASED THIS GUITAR A FEW WEEKS AGO. I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE QUALITY OF THE SUPPOSEDLY "LOW-BUCK" SQUIRE BRAND OF GUITARS. IT PLAYS WELL, LOOKS GREAT, AND STAYS IN TUNE. I WILL NOT NEED TO CHANGE ANYTHING TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OR APPEARANCE. MY FRIEND, A LES PAUL FREAK, PLAYED IT THE OTHER DAY AND I ALMOST HAD TO TAKE IT FROM HIS HANDS! A FANTASTIC VALUE IN AN ENTRY-LEVEL GUITAR. BUY IT NOW BEFORE FENDER RAISES THE PRICE!

"Great Buy" by Tom

The first day I got this guitar, my bandmates laughed at me. That was until they heard it play. It actually outperforms my friend's Fender Jag-Stang, a guitar that is over twice the cost. Having passed a practice test, I plugged it into my performance amp, and this guitar doesn't quit. Despite these positives, however, I only gave it a four star rating because it has two typical beginner guitar problems. First off, the tuners are lightweight and seem somewhat cheap, especially when compared to Fender tuners. Second, the pickups are not as sweet sounding as many of the Fender types found on American teles. If you run the guitar through a decent effects processor (I use a Boss GT-3, but any effects would work), this should eliminate all the problems. Either that, or you can switch out the pickups. Either way, this is a great deal, not one to pass up.

this is no doubt a cheap guitar...anyone with half a brain would agree...what i decided to do is stick a humbucker in the bridge to give it a lil "umph!!"
sounds really good!!!
