This pedal blows the Pearl eliminators, Tama Iron cobras, DW9000s, all of which I have owned, all of which broken and gave lousy performance compared to this! This pedal has the most powerful response. Don't get fooled by that Tama "offset cam" for extra power. This is the most powerful. The docking station works perfectly. The rotational pendulum makes it so smooth, and it's the most durable pedal I have ever played! It's lasted longer than all of the other so called "hi-end" pedals! I use the Double Chain Drive and it is the incredibly smooth and powerful.

I just want to say thank's Music123 for having I¦ve used Pearl kicker¦s a lot and really liked them, but 3-4 months ago I decided to change brand and bought the "Sonor Giant Step" double kicker"This is amazing, he¦s really smooth and really well balanced. I have a lot more control over the speed and the play with this Sonor kicker, and I¦m also a lot faster. My endurance is better which is great for the kinda a music I play, which is a very fast, melodic Death Metal. I use the chain drive, it suits me better then the straps. With the straps on, he¦s lighter. But I feel like he¦s more balanced and slightly heavier with the chains on.Over the years I've tried Tama-DW-Pearl (which are all great) but I say, if you want the ALMIGHTY OF DOUBLE KICKER'S-SONOR GIANTSTEP IS THE THING FOR YOU !!!!Thank¦s again MUSIC123 for having this for us who want to improve our skills on drums ;)I know I have !!!!

Ridiculously expensive but worth it! They are incredibly smooth and fast. The bass drum attachment clamp is the greatest invention ever for pedals.
