I am not a pro, by any means, but I really like this guitar. Its solid wood construction and great price have made this the best guitar for hobbyists and beginners I have ever seen. In fact, I took it to a local guitar shop and had it tuned up--the pros at the shop wanted to pass it around and play it. They were amazed at the sound and quality woods.
The only faults are poor quality tuners (which can be easily replaced), crappy factory strings, and the action was set way too high. I spent $25 to have the guy adjust the action and put on a set of Cleartone strings. I'll replace the tuners later if they give any trouble.
Like I said, I'm not a pro but in my uneducated opinion this guitar is mellow and sweet. It's definitely a keeper! (until I can afford a Martin) ;-)
