I have owned this bass for 2 years now and have no complaints at all. Great tone that cuts with clarity, lightweight and fast. Used with an SWR amp is a great combination. I have owned and gigged with an Alembic bass and a graphite Steinberger and this Bass beats them on value any day of the week.

I am very rough on bass guitars and this bass has been incredible. It's durable, beautiful, and resonant. You can mold the tone to whatever you need. I play this bass anywhere from 2-4 hours a day and it's been this way for 2 years. Every time I pick it up it is a joy. Get this bass you won't be disappointed.

This bass rocks because it sounds awesome, feels awesome, makes inferior amps sound awesome. It looks awesome (best in black cherry.) If you want to get a great bass for under a thousand bucks, this is your bass.

I've owned the Schecter Stiletto Elite 4 for just over six months now. Usually by this time I'm tired of a bass and looking for a new one. Not in this case. The Stiletto is light, comfortable, can get really low action without string buzz if you want, has days of sustain and the deepest, warmest melted milk chocolate sound I've ever heard yet can pop and twang at the same time. The construction is rock solid. The moment it arrived I went over it with a screw driver and every screw and nut was tight. The action and intonation were dead on, great setup! I have made absolutely no changes or tweaks whatsoever to this bass as it is perfect the way it came. The Stiletto Elite 4 is my main bass (my band gigs two to three nights every weekend). It has seen a lot of use already and will easily handle a lot more. My only complaint is with the case. Its a bit cheesy in the construction. It costs $100 or more and is not worth it other than for the fact that its the case for this bass. Due to my outstanding experience with the Stiletto, my next bass will be the Schecter Studio 8 string and I have no doubt that I will be just as pleased. You won't go wrong with this bass.

I don't have this exact one, however I have the Studio 4 diamond series. Let me tell you...I've played many different basses, ranging from a Squire P bass...to a Tobias 6 string bass. It is the best playing and sounding bass I've ever laid my hands on, and its totally affordable. I almost bought an American Jazz bass. I'm glad I didn't. This bass sounds better, plays better..and its half the price. I honestly can not say enough good things about this bass or Schecter in general. Do yourself a favor..if you've been thinking about spending a lot of money on a good bass, just save yourself the hassle..and get this one.

I bought this bass a few months ago and it's awesome. Full range of any style you play and it plays like a $2000 dollar bass. I can't forget to mention the gorgeous paint job on it and the gold hardware. It was money very well spent.

I got this bass about two months ago, and with out a doubt the best bass I have ever played. The EMG hz Pickups coupled with the two band active EQ allows you to get a nice deep growl to some screaming pops. The neckthrough design with the S-tec bridge yields awesome sustain and the neck is slim and very fast and the overall balance is perfect. My playing has improved ten fold since I started playing this bass. Without a doubt, buy this bass, you won't be disappointed.

I have played basses ranging is price from $3000 to $99 and this has to be the best bass I have ever played. The sound is amazing on any amp and it has thumping lows and popping highs. For slap this beast rocks. For punk, hardcore, emo, and alternative this is the best bass you can buy. I recommend this bass 200%.

After trying to find a bass under a $1000 I found this one. This bass sounds amazing and is punchy as hell and the lows don't "fart." Amazing tonal control, and it's neck thru. The pickups, EMGs, thats all I need to say. Great bass, highly recommended. I have the Grey Mist version, which took me forever to find because it's discontinued, but worth the find.
