Wow, I have owned this guitar for about eight months now, I just can't seem to kill it. I play hard and abusive metal. This bad boy has taken some punishment. It fell off a guitar stand, and I can't find a blemish on it! But,most of all is the tone and it's amazing ability to,stay in tune. Extreme Dimebag string bends will not phase this six-string beast. I just finished recording a 6 song demo in my studio and I am very happy with the tones I got using this stock guitar. ( I did swap around the neck/bridge volume pots,I like my bridge pickup volume to be 1st. Very esily done) I went through 3 Jackson's, 2 ESP's, and an Ibanez before setteling on my Black Cherry Hellraiser. The active EMG 81/85 pickups are so powerful and has surprisingly long battery life. I almost forgot to mention how gorgeous the finish is. The pictures does not do it justice. I have owned many guitars through out my 39 years, but this guitar is in my top 5. It plays like a much more expensive guitar. I liked it so well, I bought the Hellraiser Sunset,too.....
