I have owned my JC120 for at least ten years, and not once had a problem with it. I am writing this info to share my experience with the JC120, for those who are interested in purchasing one. I am a weekend musician playing with an 8 piece group. We play jazz, funk, R&B, Rock, country, we do it all. I have owned many brand name amps during my music career, from Fender amps, to Peavey, Marshall, and rack mount equipment etc. However, the quality of sound you get from the JC120 is unmatchable. It is the clearness amp available today period, and no other amp can match its Chorus sound, or let me say ôsurroundö simulation. So, if you want the clean jazz, a funky clean rhythm, or a want to get rock nasty with over drive. Go for it!

This amp is the best investment I ever made. The stereo is a cool effect and there is no chorus sound that comes close.

The JC-120 is very crisp, clean and very loud when you want it to be as well as tame when you need it to be. In addition to the legendary stereo chorus, this amp is famous for being clean, some say too clean. But if you are one who truly loves the sound of the guitar, this is the amp for you. When playing for larger crowd, plug in a pair of external speakers and set them as far away from each other as the room will allow. This lets out a chorus effect that is incredible.
