Nice clean effects , very good tones through this little portable. I plugged my Mesa 2x10 cab in with it and its got enough for jamming with the gang. It's a very well thought out little amp. I may even buy another !

Not only is this amp built like a tank, it also plays extremely well. The effects cater for all musical styles. As a rock/metal player, the 'Flip Top', 'Bass 360' & 'Concert 810'amp simulations particularly appeal to me.

This amp has good sound, but poor quality parts. The input jack has a plastic nut. Our's broke in half and the input jack went into the body of the amp. Roland does not feel this is a worthwhile amp to be able to have repairable by your local approved technician. It must be sent out to them to be repaired... because they use a 2 cent nut instead of a 5 cent nut. What else is cheap inside? Well, you won't know because it is GLUED together so it can't be repaired or looked at. Spend your money elsewhere! By the way, I am not the only one this happened to.... I am the second at our local store.
