I have a tenor reunion blues bag and I am considering to buy an alto one. Although the leather is really very good looking and soft with extremely accurate sawing and details I am hesitating. The protective cushions seems to be quite effective, but the case does not offer the reliability af a rigid case. I would say an excellent product which nevertheless does not offer a 100% protection.
