I've had two (given one away, and then replaced it). I'd get another one if I give mine away again. It is NOT a djembe (c'mon, look at the size, and try to figure out where you'd get the booming bass tone djembes have), but it's a very serviceable two-pitch drum. Light and small - perfect for traveling. I took mine to play it in a park outside our hotel until 1:00 AM - it was 22-hour days in Norway, so families were out soaking up sun with infants in strollers listening to us. You can take this drum anywhere, and have fun with it.
